A legal disclaimer

RVT provides automotive repair, maintenance, and towing services with the utmost care and professionalism. However, we are not liable for any pre-existing issues, unforeseen damages, or delays due to parts availability or circumstances beyond our control. All repair work is done based on the information provided by the customer and is subject to approval before completion. RVT is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs once the vehicle is in the customer’s possession after completion of services. Warranty claims on parts and services are subject to the terms set by the respective manufacturers or suppliers. Customers are encouraged to inspect their vehicles upon collection to ensure satisfaction with the work performed. RVT reserves the right to amend service terms as needed.

By using RVT's services, customers agree to the following terms and conditions: All repairs, diagnostics, and towing services are performed based on customer-provided information and are subject to approval before work begins. RVT is not responsible for pre-existing issues, damages, or delays caused by parts unavailability or other unforeseen circumstances. Payment is due upon completion of services, and customers must inspect their vehicles upon collection. Warranty claims are subject to manufacturer terms. RVT reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. By continuing to use our services, customers acknowledge and accept these terms.

T&C

  1. Service Approval and Estimates
    All repairs, diagnostics, and towing services are carried out based on the customer’s provided information. An estimate may be provided before work begins, but the final cost may differ due to unforeseen issues or parts required. Work will only proceed once customer approval is received.

  2. Payment Terms
    Payment for all services rendered is due upon completion. Failure to pay may result in delays or withholding of the vehicle until payment is made in full.

  3. Liability
    RVT is not responsible for any pre-existing issues, damages, or delays caused by parts unavailability, third-party suppliers, or unforeseen circumstances. We are also not liable for any damage to the vehicle that occurs after the customer takes possession of it.

  4. Warranty
    Any warranties on parts and services are subject to the respective manufacturer’s or supplier’s terms. RVT will facilitate warranty claims when applicable but is not directly responsible for honoring them.

  5. Inspection and Acceptance
    Customers must inspect their vehicles upon collection. By accepting the vehicle, the customer acknowledges that the work has been completed to their satisfaction. Any concerns should be raised immediately upon pickup.

  6. Data and Privacy
    By using our services, customers agree to the collection and use of their personal and vehicle information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Information is used solely for service-related purposes and communication.

  7. Force Majeure
    RVT is not liable for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, labor strikes, or supplier issues.

  8. Changes to Terms
    RVT reserves the right to update, modify, or change these terms at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

  9. Governing Law
    These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from services provided will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.

By using RVT’s services, the customer agrees to adhere to these terms and conditions.
